Payment policy

Last Modified 2017-11-27

After creating an account, you can try all of Yogateket’s classes and programs for free during your trial period. Your account is automatically renewed to a monthly plan after your trial period. If you would like a yearly plan instead, please cancel or change the plan to yearly on your profile page before the end of your subscription period.

Renewals and cancellations:

Your subscription is automatically renewed at the end of the subscription period. You can change your plan (between Monthly and Yearly) and cancel your subscription at any time on your profile page. If you cancel the subscription, you will be able to access the service as usual until the end of the billing period. We will not refund any remaining time.

For more details:

Online:

You may cancel the automatic renewal at any time before the end of your subscription period on the Yogateket web site through your Profile page: https://www.yogateket.com/account?en

Refunds:

Any purchases made are final and non-refundable. If you feel that the service provided has not been as described or has not lived up to your expectations, please contact our customer service team at info [at]yogateket.com.

Payment Security

Our Payment Provider:

We use Stripe to process credit card payments on our website. Stripe is certified as PCI Service Provider Level 1 -- the most stringent level of certification possible. Here’s a list of other companies that use Stripe: https://stripe.com/en-se/customers

Are we storing your credit card number on our site?

Short answer: No

When you chose to save your credit card with us, all storage of sensitive information (i.e., your credit card number) is kept in Stripe’s secure environment. At no point can we see or store your credit card number on our own systems.

How secure is Stripe?

Stripe is certified as PCI Service Provider Level 1 -- the most stringent certification available. Full details on their security infrastructure are available. Here are some key points in their own words:

SSL and HSTS

Stripe forces HTTPS for all services, including our public website. We regularly audit the details of our implementation: the certificates we serve, the certificate authorities we use, and the ciphers we support. We use HSTS to ensure browsers interact with Stripe only over HTTPS. Stripe is also on the HSTS preloaded lists for both Chrome and Firefox.

Encryption

All card numbers are encrypted on disk with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines. None of Stripe's internal servers and daemons are able to obtain plaintext card numbers; instead, they can just request that cards be sent to a service provider on a static whitelist. Stripe's infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers runs in separate hosting infrastructure and doesn't share any credentials with Stripe's primary services (API, website, etc.).

Subscription fees:

We may change the subscription fees at our discretion. In this case, we will do our best to inform you before any changes are made, so that you have time to modify or cancel your subscription. We accept no responsibility for any losses you may incur by failing to change your subscription after we have informed you of any changes to the subscription fees.

Please note that we may offer limited time promotional subscription fees at our discretion. Those may also be personal offers available to specific clients only.

Furthermore, promotional subscription fees usually represent a one-time discount which is only valid for one purchase, and not for any recurring payments. When your Yogateket subscription is renewed after your trial period has ended, the original subscription fee will be charged to your account.
